Martial arts training based on Muay Thai techniques. The purpose is to increase MMA skills.

Strength training based on exercises with dumbells, medium-sized weight and 3 series with 15 repetitions (weight is higher in every next series).

4. Bent-Over Row
5. Hummer Curl + Triceps Extension
6. Crunch (3 x max)

Conditioning training based on interval workout.

SHEDULE
Tuesday: "Burbee Conditioning"
Thursday: "Tabata"

+ from time to time: jogging
